Straight out of retirement! A second coming!

Before you read this blog take a second and press play and this youtube video before u procede itll be a nice background song that really sums up this post

After selling my STi and my Ruckus I really needed a car to commute from home and to school my dad was getting mad that we were sharing his truck and i never put gas in it! lol!

So i began my  search with a small budget in mind...a whooping $2000 budget i began to comb craigslist every 1 hour to find my new miata...after driving 7 piece of crap miatas i finally found sean.

He was already retired sitting in his garage reminiscing about days gone bye when his previous owner would play "I, Swear-All 4 One" with the top down through the tape player.

After driving almost an hour to riverside with "chocolate face" and "Paul walker black shirt", we arrive at the previous owners house.  We wait outside for almost an hour and he finally comes out and pulls this bad boy out covered in dust hasnt been driven in weeks.  All we could say was "DAMN!! thats clean!"

We take him for a spin around the block and come back start negotiations and leave with my 1994 miata

121k
new clutch
new top
great condition

The next day I take it to get washed and pick up a new Nikkor 17-55 f2.8 and obtain these images in stock form of the miata

It was stock for about a two weeks the stock ride height was ridiculous and i couldnt drive a stock car for long so we got some springs (shout out to renald valdez) and found a really cheap roll bar on clubroadster.net for $160

Week 2

The rims were small and i came across this set of slipstreams Maricris had at her parents house and threw them on for shits and giggles

Week 3

Week 3
"Offset is everything"

Et +45 is a very weak offset on a miata so i threw the slips up forsale and found something slightly more aggressive on the miata

XXR 513 15x7 +15

not crazy but sat a whole lot better

One of my favorite mods to do on any car i own is to purchase OEM lips for my cars so i grabbed this cracked lip of craigslist, nothing some zipties couldnt fix =)

Fitment is good and all but with stock fenders you cant really get anywhere so i hit up Albert @ AWDFitted (AWDFITTED.blogspot.com) and he rolled my fenders so perfectly if your in the southern cali area hit my boy albert up hes great!!
Week 4

Racelands finally came back in stock so I ordered them right when i got home got them installed and slammed the car to the ground!
(shout out to Mark Innocentes and King of Thailand)
Week 6

After a few weeks i was finally able to sell those damn wheels! I really enjoyed the stepped lip but was not a fan of the faces...
I was able to get a set of Axis OG in great condition
Week 8
and this is how the car sits today
-Low to the earth
-Blown Shocks
-And happy to be alive

I really enjoy this car and sometimes i wonder if sean is thinking "what the hell happened to me, one day i was sitting in my garage enjoying my time off...now im all dressed up and getting driven all day"

This is only the beggining i never modified a car this fast and cant wait to see what the future holds for this car so the skys the limit!

bonus clip how i get up steep drive ways
